Refund policy


We want to be as transparent as possible. We do not include eventual return costs to the price of the product. Instead, for all returns we’ll only charge return handling fees as follows:

EU - EUR 15
SE - EUR 10

If you need a return label - please contact our customer service and confirm you agree that handling fees can be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to arrange the return of goods yourself - you are welcome to do it. Just make sure your shipment is traceable and we have been notified regarding the incoming return.

Please note that goods should be returned in a sellable condition - completely new, with all labels, and preferably in the same carton as it was delivered to you. Backpack returns are accepted in their original packaging only.

Once the return is received and the condition meets our return requirements, we’ll arrange a refund which you’ll receive within a week.

Please also note that for the packages which are not picked up and returned to us,  we’ll charge the following extra handling fees:

EU - EUR 25
SE - EUR 10
Non-EU - EUR 40

We kindly encourage you to check the tracking links we are sharing, follow your parcel, and pick it up on time to avoid extra costs.
